LSST FY026 CW2 Portfolio: Knowledge and Creativity for Employability

This portfolio, prepared by a student, is designed to demonstrate the development of employability skills through the PSKC class. It includes a reflective summary explaining how enclosed artifacts support employability development, alongside appendices featuring photos of class work, a personal SWOT analysis identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and a personal development plan outlining objectives and actions. The portfolio also contains reading logs, resources for job hunting, academic resources from the BNU e-library, examples of job descriptions and personal specifications, and a blog post on preparing for the future job market, and guides on MS Word and PowerPoint. The student reflects on their strengths like communication and problem-solving skills, and weaknesses such as decision-making, and outlines plans to address these areas. Resources such as Indeed and LinkedIn are analyzed. The student aims to enhance skills, gain knowledge of new technologies, and develop creativity to improve their future job prospects in human resources.
