HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Photos and Samples of work in PSKC class- The students are increasing the performance for getting the good employment in the organisation. It will help
the students with artefact 10 that will make them improve the performance.
Personal Analysis using SWOT- The SWOT analysis will help the students in understanding the strengths and weaknesses that will help them in increasing
the performance. The personal analysis will make the students analyse the factors that will make them increase the quality of the learning.
Personal Development Plan- The personal development plan has helped me in analysing the performance. It will help me in determining what I want to
achieve. The students should increase the quality of the studies and they personal analysis will help in making the personal development plan to increase the
performance. The students needs to analyse the skills that are important for increasing the quality of studies.
Reading Log 1- The students should analyse the factors that are affecting the studies. The improvement in the studies of the students will help in increasing
the performance. The personal analysis of the students will help them in increasing the needs that will help them in giving quality learning.
Reading Log 2- The students will get to learn the things that will help them in increasing the performance. They will get to increase the strengths and
weaknesses that will make them increase the quality of the learning. The students will have different factors that will help them in analysing the options that
will make them select the organisation.
Resources for Job Hunting 1- The artefacts has helped the students in Job hunting and finding the organisation that will help them in increasing the
performance. The job hunting will help the students in selecting Linkedin to analyse the needs of the organisations.
Resources for Job Hunting 2- The artefacts has given many options to the students and they will have to select the organisation where they will increase the
performance. The job hunting will help in selecting Indeed as the option to work in the organisation where they will increase the studies.
Academic Resources 1- The students want to increase the studies and the have the academic resources that will help them in accessing the resources to
improve the performance. They are having BNU E-library for increasing the quality of the studies.
The examples for Job Description and Personal Specifications- The students should select the organisation that will help them to increase the
performance. They should help them in increasing the knowledge of the organisation and what they will have to perform.
Blog- The students want to increase the knowledge and they will get it from the blogs of the organisation. The organisation will have many things on the blog
that are the most important factor for the student to select the option and they will increase the performance.
