This portfolio, created by a student at LSST, is designed to demonstrate the development of employability skills through the PSKC module. HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Photos or samples of work produced in the PSKC class: In order to successfully fulfil the process of improvement of employment prospects there are 10
artefacts used in the following project. Different objectives are derived by different artefacts in order to make sure that I am providing importance to
future employment growth for myself.
Personal SWOT analysis: This is a useful device which is helping me in analysing all my skills. It is raising my awareness about my skills and possible
opportunities which I can grab in future.
Personal development plan: Personal development plan have successfully contributed in enhancing various strains of mind. It is also making me
available for different job roles that can be successfully fulfilled by me in most suitable manner. The personal development plan is managing all the skills
which are required in different ways which will help me in successfully developing the skills in future. It is necessary to make sure that I am also
measuring the development of these skills in order to work better and achieve all my goals.
Reading log 1: My following situation the plan is affectively helping in learning different potential work and working on my weakness. This is also
successfully working on a various weak areas of mine that I am focusing upon for growth in future.
Reading log 2: The following report have successfully improved learning modes and enhancing learning through proper advancement of different
opportunities which are available in Reading section.
Resources for job hunting 1: The following artifact is providing knowledge of different origins from where a candidate can look for job. Linkedin is one
of the special portal which is providing a number of different jobs opportunities is to the people who are looking for job.

Resources for job hunting 2: It is a resource which is helping in searching for various alternatives for jobs available through a website called Glassdoor.
Different organisations which require employees and have openings for different job positions post here.
Academic resources 1: This is an important object in educational services which helps in designing and determining different information and their actual
authors. It is necessary to understand the authors from whom the research information is taken and also mention them in the report successfully.
Examples of job description and personal specifications: It is a tool which is assisting individuals to get a number of different job roles. It is necessary
for individuals to make sure that they are successfully looking for various job available and the skills required for job in matching to their own skills. I am
willing to start my job in a good organisation which will help me to start my professional careers successfully. Job description will successfully allow me
to understand the required role of job and whether I can fulfil all the requirements or not.
Blog: The blog have provided improvement in understanding of various level of context for future employment opportunities present for individuals.
There are a number of objects which are crucial to understand in order to make sure that the goals can be achieved in the given time period and higher
professional development will help in enhancing competency in students.
