INTRODUCTION
A business consulting refers to the professional who provides expert advice or professional
in a particular field. This field can be related to any spectrum such as management, security, law,
human resources, accountancy, marketing, financial control, engineering and digital marketing
etc. The consultant at business level which basically includes planning, education of business and
implementation as well due to which they can provide result oriented to an organisation. So the

them. The report will also cover analysis about the problem breaking down in the critical manner
analysing it and also about the client important areas. Such as target market, competitors and
factors of influential level from the external environment. Moreover the report will cover

The client is from LSST and it is also known as London school of science and technology. It
is a privately managed college in the academic sector and also has four campuses. These
campuses are Wembley, Elephant & castle, Luton( London ) and Aston(Birmingham). LSST is
one of the best college in the UK country in their last segment. It has been observed that there are
various number of new entrants in this market up to this level that the demand for appropriate
qualified staff has increased at exponential level. The main problem is about distance learning
that they have to face on large scale. Another problem that they are facing in terms of recruiting
appropriate staff for their college. One more problem is that they want to expand their product
portfolio which is related to their course. They want to introduce in the next academic year
professional specialist qualification that are related to the accounting and financial management
with a major focus on qualification aims at ACCA or CIMA.

There are certain frameworks that needs to be taken into consideration for fulfilling the

factors. There are certain factors due to which country’s economic situation is majorly
affected which includes diverse economy, GDP trends and foreign direct investment. It
has been observed that business deal rates and tax rates are majorly influenced through
price rates and inflation that are offering to their businessman and customers as well. The
image of the country has also affected by the unemployment condition due to which it
influences the economic condition of a country.
Social Factors: These are the factors which can affect government and UK country as
well. The population of UK country has approximately reach to around 74 million by the
year of 2039 according to National Statistics and it has analysed it into the appropriate
manner. There are different sectors who can gain from different fields and the UK
country is the most world’s biggest consumer market. The education system of the
country is also updated through latest information which includes learning and
mythologies of teaching as well. Due to unemployment rate and reasonable inflation rate,
the UK citizens put themselves in the category of high income earners. That’s why the
per capita income is higher and they fall under the category of top countries.
Technological Factors: It has been observed that UK country has world’s leading
research and development institutes and they are always with this approach to break the
barrier in every field (Hughe and et.al., 2019). They also provide opportunities for
entrepreneurs. In the country’s economy every kind of invention and development
contribute in terms of positive development. Every kind of development and invention
contributes into the country’s economy. So different kinds of technologies and innovation
can help a country in terms of their further development and growth.
So this analysis support in terms of understanding the competition level and can also helpful in
terms of strength and weak points as well.

STP Analysis
STP analysis basically stands for segmentation, targeting and positioning. It is that type
of analysis which is a three step process which allows for development of actionable marketing
strategy.

It has been recommended that there are certainly three main problems. First is related to
distance learning and it can be resolved through online learning and with support of online
teaching and classes, the distance learning can be solved into positive manner. For expanding the
product portfolio of courses it is important that to deeply analyse the market and their
competitors as well so that appropriate decision can be taken into consideration. For recruiting
staff into appropriate manner it is important that to follow the latest trends of recruiting the
candidates(Kozar., 2019).It has also been recommended that latest apps of recruitment can be
taken into consideration so that appropriate and experienced can be recruited from the list of pool
of candidates. So for resolving these problems it is important that to analyse the market from
every aspect and from every factor as well. Through proper analysis it is easier to plan the things
into appropriate manner and they can be resolved within a set period of time. In this manner,
these problems can be resolved into positive manner.
CONCLUSION
The above stated report concludes that business consulting plays a very important role at
organisational level. There are colleges who have to face problems in to the context of their
further development and growth. It has also been concluded that for solving the problem it is
important to analyse about certain frameworks and their related factors so that appropriate

terms of analysing the market into the appropriate manner. It has been analysed that there are
