based on case study of London School of Science & Technology that develop understanding by
study the market. This is facing issue of marketing issue that can be used to recruit the students.
This problem is related to HR that can be resolved by managing all functions and activities. The
outline of report is analysis information about client, problem which is facing, and solutions.

To develop knowledge and skills about particular topic there is need to have proper
information and research skills that can be used to manage the activities. Business consulting is
the practice of collecting information regarding a particular topic and manage the business
performance. LSST refers to London School of Science and Technology that is private higher
education provider with four campuses. This is the main client that is operating their business by
offering learning opportunities. In this college have approximately 4000 students who reads
regularly for improving their learning and managing business activities. The students in such
college have take part in different courses and program that can help to manage business
activities.
The LSST who is the client faces issue of IT department such as recruitment of students
has become highly saturated overtime. It faces a shift in market relates to teaching method that
affected the business negatively. The human resources management of LSST needs to resolve
this issue by increasing recruitment opportunity for students and develop business activities. This
is important for HR and IT department to make the use of their skills and abilities for the purpose
of recruiting best employees by using different marketing methods that can help to provide
information and manage the activities (Burgos, Lavado, Huamán and Muñoz, 2021).
