Consultant to business is the activity of planning, managing, implementing and education
of different courses that relates to syllabus and supports to complete the study in certain period of
time. Each individual needs to have skills and abilities to work as it supports to manage all
activities. The current report is based on case study of LSST which is a London based college
specialization in science and technology (Franco, Cárdenas and et.al., 2021). The college is
facing the issue of recruitment due to lack of marketing and awareness between students. The
HR department will resolve issue with the help of IT department as use of digital marketing
channel for creating awareness and maintaining good performance. The report highlight

issue that relates to HRM and IT such as recruitment of students became more saturated which

opportunity for HR and IT department to use their skills and ability optimally in resolving issues
