LSST Semester 1 Professional Development Reflective Report

INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity is an important aspect in business management in order to
make sure that business is growing bringing along a number of innovations in the market (Kot
Castleden and Gagnon, 2017). Students require to develop creative thinking when completing
various professional courses. It is a great skill that will help students to complete their courses
and attain all their future objectives and aims successfully.

Reflective summary
In order to perform function related to employability. This is related to achieving
business objectives and performing business objectives. There are number of function which has
to be performed by me in order to develop skills and performing function according to needs this
is also analysed that there are number of function and skill which has to be developed in order to
perform business operation. There are number of function which are used by me in order to
developing functions and management roles. In order to developing my skills related to
employability in businesses environment this is essential to develop skills which can be use to
achieve career objectives. In order to develop my employability skills I use to make command
on number of skills. These skills are related to using tools and manage function according to
current needs. The major focus of me is on communication skills, analytical skills, team working
skills and many other. This will help me in achieving better results where I can perform
functions acceding to needs. This is also identified that there er number of functions which can
be use to achieve business function and manage these function acceding to my current need.
There are number of appropriate which can be use by me while using these functions in
performance of organizational functions. In context of current module, this helps me in shaping
skills. Under this I suffered number of problems which are related to current environment. This
make it mandatory for me to use function and perform these in accordance with organisation
objectives. I also observed number of function which needs to be developed by me. This involve
skills relate to presentation and analytical skills. This also helps me in achieving business goals
and manage function according to needs. Using this material also helps me in shaping my
knowledges about different content which can be use to achieve better resulted and manager
operation career (McLoughlin, 2018). This also help me in managing function and manager this

number of function which can be use by individual in order to achieve business objectives and

The PSKC class session require effective reflective process and effective digital literacy.
For this, at the time of pursuing coursework in university, it is analysed that the workshops and
coursework is effectively described with the help of prominent samples and photos in order to
have effective understanding regarding the coursework and knowledge criteria. In regard of this,
effective accuracy is effectively applies for the facts regarding academic writing to scientific
which is nothing is simple for the matter of opinion. Besides this, at the time of LSST, an I need
to effectively present several presentations as the part of coursework and for this, PowerPoint is
the suitable application which is useful in order to create stunning presentation including images,
videos and text (De La Motte, 2017).
Personal SWOT Analysis
Personal SWOT analysis is helpful in terms of effectively accomplishing suitable goals
and objectives. In regard of this, it prominently depict the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities
and threats which are useful for me in terms of enhancing my overall productivity and
performance considering effective growth and development. For this, it is important for me in
terms of having developing my own strengths and grasping my overall opportunities regarding
the prominent development. In relation with this, it also include my own weaknesses which are
helpful to analyse my weak points and consider effective measures in order to overcome them by
undertaking threats as well (Giles, 2018).
Personal Development Plan
Personal development planning is undertaken as the effective process considering the
development of statement including strengths, competencies, education and training regarding
the suitable stages which represent the suitable plans. In relation with personal development

plan, it undertake suitable statement for the career and lifestyle priorities which is developed for
me. In regard of this, career positioning undertaking the effective identification of opportunities
and risk and other plans (Suleman and McFarlane, 2016). In regard of this, there are various
goals and objectives which are undertaken for the effective accomplishment of personal
development goals including enhancement of time management, develop emotional intelligence,
cultivate resilience, listen actively, develop the prominent growth as per the mindset, improve
reading habit, learning new things and improve public speaking skills. It effectively represent the
suitable process by undertaking considerable time including effective idea for the developed
deadline in the mind. It tends to undertake suitable steps including clear out the vision, outline
the suitable strength and development areas, building effective personal development plan and
review and adapt. For this, my overall development undertake prominent participation, effective
communication with staff members and community integration by the group leader.

It depict the several period of time, in which I need to do my homework in terms of
protecting myself from this pandemic as by this, I cannot attend class due to COVID-19. By this
my teacher te4nds to support me in the online classes in order to understand the coursework and
having prominent growth and development of my own knowledge and skills to effectively
graduate with good grades. Besides this, I also need to protect myself from the virus and being
sick by staying at home and taking online sessions. Moreover, by regularly attending online
courses it is beneficial for me in order to have prominent development of suitable knowledge and
skills. It depict the work placement, employability and career team as for this, I prominently need
to take help in order to put emphasis on the effective completion of coursework in best possible
manner which represent the prominent chance to find career (Lewis Jr and Yates, 2019).

career and enhancing knowledge regarding the subject matter in terms of achieving suitable

In terms of preparing for the future job market, I need to have effective soft skills and
also technical expertise that effectively remain constant for the most of the job factor. In regard
of this, I prominently undertake safeguard for the effective employability in order to make sure
