Introduction
Self-development is the process of the activities where it enables the individual person and
student to improve their skills and abilities in definite manner and can grow and develop
themselves accordingly. The report will brief about the project workshop activities where an
individual person is able to develop their social and ethical awareness and make them to
grow in their personal and professional life respectively. Also, the report will include the
appendices in regard to development of the skills and abilities and allow the individual
student to understand and enhance their skills accordingly.
How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and
ethical awareness and responsibility? (500 words)
In the project workshop, I joined this classes or session to develop my understanding
regarding the skills and abilities from where I can be able to become a good student ad can
develop my professional career at best and successful level. However, participating or
joining a workshop activities will help and support me to achieve my set goals and target
where I identified the concept of the ethics and its awareness and responsibilities in definite
manner. I learned the concept of the ethics which simply means as principle and guidance
which is essential and necessary to adopt and follow which will provide the efficient results
and outcome effectively. Social and ethical awareness and responsibilities involves the
awareness and depth understanding regarding the connections among people where it
allowed me to understand the relationship and importance of the people and natural
surroundings. Social responsibility refers where an individual person is required to keep
their focus on the environmental or social protection from where the society only can get the
effective and appropriate result and outcome. Thus, in the workshop I was able to
understand and learn the importance of these two major important subjects which will allow
me to grow and develop myself in definite manner which will provide me a successful
outcome to adopt a professional manner. Being a student, it is important for me to
understand this subject effectively as it allows me to create and promote the awareness
among the people of the society while working for the social, cultural and ecological causes
which will reflect the good thought and mindset of the people and will join me in protecting
these areas. Along with this, I grab the knowledge and education in the context of the ethical
responsibility where it defines to respect, obey and follow the guidance’s which teacher is
providing in the sessions from where the students can be able to easily collaborate, service
learning, ethical training and much more activities has been included in the workshop
activities. During the workshop, I learned about this topic and able to improve my knowledge
where I also improved my communication and team working skill and abilities. I analyzed
that these skills are also important for me to grab and adopt effectively which will drive me to
grow successfully efficiently. Thus, joining the workshop provides me very good experience
and enable to me grow and develop personally and professionally.
Conclusion: The report has included the importance of the ethical responsibility and
awareness an individual is required to obtain and follow in effective manner. However, the
report has concluded the brief description about this topic and enables the students and
individual to develop social and ethical responsibilities in definite manner from where the
individual can be able to grow and develop themselves accordingly. In the report, the project
