Introduction
It is observed that the success for an individual life plays a major role in achieving the
targeted goals and objectives. It is very important for an individual to set the goals so that
they can achieve it in an effective and efficient way. The planning in advance helps an
individual in improving over the quality of life and also the individual is able to develop
several growth opportunities in order to gain success and growth. the goals of individual
differ as every individual has different set of goals in order to achieve the good image and
earning for the livelihood. It is very important for an individual to develop the opportunities so
that they can achieve higher success in developing a professional life. There are various
responsibility of an individual which they need to focus and achieve in an effective and
efficient way. The concept of social awareness and responsibility includes better
understanding , appreciation of the work, helping people and interaction with people in an
effective and efficient way. A socially aware people brings peace in the society and
maintains healthy relation with the people. Ethics simply means values and standards that
helps to decide what is right and what is wrong.

How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and
ethical awareness and responsibility? (500 words)
As the consideration of the project workshop activities there were
various task been organized which has helped me in developing ethical
and social awareness in order to be effective and efficient within the
society. There were various programs help in this workshop which has
helped in analyzing the collaborative approach towards the team work
which can help in achieving a common goals and objective of an
individual. The various programs related to the social awareness and
ethical development within the society will always assist an individual in
knowing the meaning of the social responsibility and also developing the
personal and professional goals and objectives of an individual. As
these project workshop has impacted in several ways in which it is
beneficial for the individual in order to be effective. These workshop was
based on the ethical theory for which the society is responsible of an
individual benefit. here is framework laid down in the ethical behavior that is
required on a daily basis and help us to make positive decision and to make
right choice. It is well said that ethics in business is equally important as ethics
in individual's life. It helps to act or oblige towards the benefit of the society
and prioritize the social responsibility. Ethics has greater influence in making
the decision which may contribute to achieve common goal . In business, an
ethical framework has been laid down to govern the organization to maintain
standard and code of conduct for making decision and creating a profitable
environment where all employees are free to create positive culture in the
organization. These social and ethical awareness helps to increase customer
loyalty towards company and attracting new customers. Therefore, it is equally
important in an organization to attract promoters, investors and customers with

their ethical behavior and promote brand value (Sivan, 2020). The social and
ethical responsibility helps top create awareness towards the society and
enhance ability to develop moral duty and obligation towards society. IN a
company, these social and ethical responsibility helps to meet the legal
requirements of society and motivate the worker and employee to give greater
output to the company. It is considered that these responsibility helps to make a
right person who take stand for the society whenever any wrong thing happen
in the society. It brings transparency and effectiveness in making the decision
and helps to achieve long terms success in the life. These responsibility attract
talent and initiative to make appropriate decision and cover variety of
responsibility which may profit the society directly and indirectly to regulate
profitability. Therefore, social and ethical responsibility are interrelated with
each other and equally important to achieve success and accomplishment of
goals.

Importance and value of the Appendices (10 Documents) that I have compiled
and provided as part of my portfolio in relation to my development of social
and ethical awareness and responsibility during the module.

Conclusion:
From the above report it has been concluded that the self reflection
helps an individual in achieving the success and growth in an effective
and efficient way. There are various responsibility of an individual which
need to be performed in an ethical manner by keeping in mind the
society awareness. It is very essential to develop internal skills to
develop in the personal and professional life.
