Business case company
The Lucy Gogh is one of the most known stylists whose recent interior styling online

analysing growth parameters , strategically focusing onto goals and relatively developing
new working strengths (Caserta and Madsen,2019)

Competitive rivalries: There are various factors under this where new competitive
courses are digitally becoming very high within demand on online study networks,
which have various parameters of new functional goals. Lucy Gogh also faces threats
from scams where it decreases efficiency and wider competitive gaols development
within working scenario. The rivalries within industry are also widely huge when
there are various new independent courses coming on internet space for serving best
creative knowledge, interior designing courses have been developing wider
paradigms.
Threat of new entrants: This factor is also highly complicated and working onto new
perspectives with new entrants coming on from vivid parameters within industry
globally for online courses. People have wide preferences dynamically growing onto
best metrics where they can easily avail operational requirements for booking their
online courses and also cancel services if they ind it useful as per their feedback.
Threat of substitution: Lucy Gogh has to develop best services within online course
for interior designing and also focus for yielding the best platforms through which
customers feel satisfied with high specialisation and business avenues development

competitive skills within people who book their courses, this will make substitution

Buyer power: Customers power is medium as it can be understood with the fact that

PART 2
Reflective Report
I feel that the overall learning experience of me writing the prior report was a
significantly positive one for me as it resulted in broadening my professional knowledge base
and also resulted in my personal and professional development. When I was initially tasked
with the prior project, I became increasingly hesitant and nervous as I had absolutely no
inkling of what the project entailed, where I would source all the required research and data
from, how I would process and analyse the gathered data in order to be able to come to
relevant, valid and reliableconclusions. Though this made me feel demotivated and
unconfident in my own abilities to be able to effectively complete the prior project on time,
after asking my teachers and superiors for some guidance, my initial hesitance subsided and I
became confident that I would be able to complete the prior assignment within the prescribed
deadline. The first task that I undertook for completing the prior project was to gather and
resource a lot of valid, reliable, relevant research and data from the various external research
publications, journals and online research sources through the use of traditional libraries,
digital ICT devices and internet (Chiu, 2019). Consulting these various research sources and
journals, I was able to effectively gather a lot of highly relevant, valid and reliable research
and data for the needs and purposes of the past project. Then I made use of the procured data
and research to process and analyse it so that I would be able to come to relevant and reliable
conclusions that the project required. Doing this I was able to effectively write the prior
assignment and complete it within the given deadline limitation. Submitting the completed
project made me feel overjoyed and jubilant and made me realise that many of my
professional skills are in fact adequate enough to undertake all future assignments towards
success, while some other skills of mine can be improved upon for my personal and
professional growth.
I found that the research phase of the prior project was a positive experience for me as
I was able to effectively gather a lot of highly reliable, relevant and valid data and research
for the purposes of the project. I also found that my familiarity with the use of digital ICT
devices and the internet was instrumental for me to be able to effectively procure the research
and data for the past project. Though I was tasked with completing the project on my own,
consulting my superiors for guidance and help for the issues that I was facing showcases that
my team working and cooperation skills are also developed quite effectively (Botelho and
Document Page
et.al., 2016). I also found the analysing and processing my gathered research and data in
order to come to relevant and reliable conclusions for the project to be positive experience
that showcased no further issues. On the other hand, I faced several issues and challenges
relating to the writing part of the prior report, which is probably obvious because English
happens to be my second language, with me familiarity with the English vocabulary being
limited. I also faced significant challenges towards effectively managing my limited time, as
although I was able to finish the prior project within the prescribed deadline, i was able to just
barely complete it on the final day, leaving myself no additional time to make revisions and
improve the overall quality of the prior report.
I feel that based on the experience of writing the past assignment, my researching
skills are sufficiently developed, as I faced no issues or challenges during the researching part
of the past project. I also feel that my analytical and problem solving skills are also quite
competent and sufficiency adequate as is showcased by the fact that I was able to effectively
analyse and process all the gathered research and data towards coming to reliable and
relevant conclusions for the past report. In contrast, I feel that my communication skills
particularly relating to the use of English language needs to be improved by me as my
inadequate communication skills in English was one of the major reasons that I faced
challenges during the past project (Morris, 2019). I also feel that my overall time
management skills are also underdeveloped as is showcased by my inability to effectively
manage my limited time resources because of which I was not able to make the most
optimum usage of my limited time. Focusing on improving my time management and
communication skills will result in my personal and professional development.
The Tuckman theory is widely innovative for examining growth perspectives within
team buildings where there are wider aspects focusing onto new synergy parameters,
leveraging new keen roles through which motivation and innovation is inbuilt The five
factors are Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning through which wider
functional aspects are widely focused onto wider business prospects (Ramírez and Tejada,
2019).
