PROJECT REPORT ON LUSTA HAIR 2
1.0 Introduction
The beauty and hairdressing industry of Australia has been gradually declined in the last five
years. Due to the lowering of family income, it has been found that the customers are not willing to
show much interest in investing their money for hairdressing and beauty treatment. In this scenario of
the declining hairdressing industry, a lady named Kimberly from Australia has managed to open a
hairdressing organization known as Lusta Hair. In the research, it has been found that Kimberly had been
suffering from genetically thin hair issues and for overcoming that issue of her, she opened up Lusta
Hair. The hairdressing industry in Australia does not have well-known companies with huge market
shares and for that reason, it is going to be a big challenge for Lusta Hair to cope up with this issue.
Moreover, Lusta Hair is implementing e-business ideas for reaching more people across Australia where
people are suffering from hair related issues. The use of social media for promoting the organization can
be useful to attract people with hair related issues and they can obtain necessary remedy via online
services.
Primarily, the report is going to concentrate on the identification of several opportunities or
challenges that can be associated with Lusta Hair. The report then concentrates on the analysis of the e-
business process of Lusta Hair. The report also discusses the recommendations that will be considered
for making the business of Lusta Hair much more sustainable and customer friendly. Finally, the report
ends with other comments that are associated with Lusta Hair.
