INTRODUCTION
Business management refers to the aspect of managing all the operations in a particular
environment of the organisation where workforce is constituted to perform the tasks. The report
brings for the identical management of Luton town residences (Jena, 2020). The aspect of
business functions along with the key elements that are involved in determining the project life
cycle are being depicted in this report. The different phases that are applicable in define phase

REASONS
The Luton town Residency is completely an association that in regard with the housing
operations and their missions with regards to providing better housing facilities for the so-called
community. there seems to be a lack of assistance for different people and there are few
vulnerable individuals that are said to be not having particular residencies (Cokins, 2017). The
major objective of this association is to provide and assist this particular people with better
housing facilities. There seems to be different organisations and this company which are
associated with performing the duties. the reasons that are highlighted upon the different
problems are raised in this company are as follows:
Remote working: That seems to be a greatest impact that is created by the recent pandemic
covid-19 and due to the lock down there is remote working facility that is implied upon the
employees of the organisation. Due to remote working there seems to be a lot of lack of
communication that existing between the organisation as well as the employees. Therefore this
seems to be one of the most effective impact upon the staff since their duties there are to be
discussed on a regular basis (Linton and Solomon, 2017).
Internal communication: There are different sectors that are divided in the organisation which
are to be performed upon the underlying problems in the organisation. When there is a remote
home working facility that is employed upon the individual there is a lack of internal
communication where people are not associated with each other and this seems to be heavy load
that has occurred due to the email. There seems to be a problem with the laptops and the
computers and therefore the staff members have decided to request the organisation for mobile
app usage.
Collaborating with Team: this particular organisation will have to plan by the group
discussions as well as team meetings which will not be possible with people working from

remote areas. Therefore there seems to be a lack of communication that is occurring which is not
allowing the employees of the organisation to collaborate with each other. There seems to be a
heavy demand upon the video conference that takes place regularly in order to discuss the tasks
of the organisation. Due to technical problems that are occurring rapidly with certain members
that are working remotely there seems to be a mis collaboration that has occurred many times
with employees.
RECOMMENDATIONS
There seems to be different problems arising with the business management due to covid-19
lockdown. In order to maintain this the management have decided upon their issues and the
finance team has provided certain entities that are required to overcome these negotiations. For
customer service team, there seems to be a large data that is provided in the Word and Excel will
have to be divided between different employees such that heavy load burden can be recovered
from them.
The internal communication that has been interrupted and is usually affecting the finance team
since there are no proper responses that are occurred to their information. Therefore the
management will have to speed up the internal team processes in order to get the finance team
done with their request. The new platform office amp is said to be the most recommended for the
finance team in order to deal with all the negotiations that are associated internal communication.
From this there can also be an output that can be gained.
For collaboration problems that same to be different technical problems that are being released
due to issues. It is recommended that there needs to be in fixation that is done to be the technical
problems in order to meet onboard and collaborate with each other.
The management will have to setup a time period to deal with the problems that are associated
with employees upon working for things that are stipulated to them. A quick action can amend
things in the best possible way therefore the management will have to strive hard in order to cope
up with its employees.

duties like that of the finance management as well as the team collaboration. Every particular

that are allotted by the organisation. Since the staff as of now is working from home and that too
from remote areas there seems to be lots of implications that are associated with project
development. The company will have to first sort out their negotiations as well as their
limitations that are associated with a tools they are using.

Collaboration cost might take a whip over all the charges for two set and later there are things
that can be incorporated upon applying and developing (Nekhaychuk, 2019, June). The
management is not so quick in taking decisions therefore it might extend to a period of one or
two months for one project to complete. The project cost might start from being negotiable to a
