Purpose An End Project Report is used during project closure to review how the

used to authorize it. It also allows the:

product modifications to the group charged with future support of the
project’s products in their operational life.

Project Manager’s report
The controlled environment about the project helped in the best possible way to reduce the
wastes created in the project and at same time helped in the construction of the housing
areas for the desired people. Luton Town Residences have been planned and executed to be
completed within schedule and the given budget, with optimum utilization of the resources.
Review of the Business Case
The business case was valid enough as all the planned activities have been performing well
with the outcomes expected from the four housing blocks in various locations across delete
on each would have individual management officers with supporting housing for emergency
hospital, transitional flats and young mothers.
Benefits achieved to date
All the propose architectures have been completed based on the assistant and support to the
vulnerable individual forming the aim of the project. The general purpose housing and the
supported housing where constructed as per the business case within budget and time
constraints.
Residual benefits expected
Financial games from the general purpose housing would be achieved as per the corporate
social responsibility with the supported housing would have a scope for enhanced
reputation for the construction company.
Expected net benefits
The corporate social responsibility and other financial games along with the separate
distinct housing complexes with proper facilities maintenance and customer service would
gain a good reputation for the organisation with financial benefits.
Deviations from the approved Business Case
There were no deviations found from the approved business case and the real time project.
Review of Project Objectives
The Project objective swear to make sure that the general purpose housing with four
blocks in different location all across Luton and individual management office with
supported housing with an emergency hospital, transition flats and hostel for young
mothers would be constructed with each of the facilities maintained along with a
customer service and construction team handling the information with the help of
Information Technology tools.
All the business objectives have been met according to the business case.
Review of Team Performance
The team has provided a good performance with specific recognition for the customer
service team and the finance team
Lessons Report
The only problem was handling the business information with the utilisation of seed one
accounting and Excel spreadsheet for finance team and 360 facility for managing the facility.
It would have been better if handling of information was done by the latest technology tools
provided for managing a construction project.
