INTRODUCTION
Business management foundation, it is a full time programme that gives an entry route to
the first year of business administration and it is structured to prepare for the key subjects that
will form the core of the rest of degree in business management. This subject is mainly designed
by UK students that will assist proper understanding of commercial enterprise. It gives
fundamental knowledge about mathematics, statistics, economic, IT and business management
that will ensure that fully programmed for basic stage of the main degree. It provide various
skills which is required in corporate world to manage the situation for enter in the management
consulting industry. They include strategy, operation management, sales and marketing, finance,
accounting, people and organizations, economics, business statics and human resource
management (Rau, and et. al., 2018). These all are part of business that assist to run in
appropriative manner. This report is based upon develop new technology for the staff members
so they can easily collaborate each other and prevent from the issues and challenges that is faced
by the employee. It can be included development of technology is worth or not because some are
familiar with technology and other members don't know how to operate. In last it will conclusion
of overall research.
Reason
In the relation of Luton town residence, that is responsible for operating housing
association. The mission of the company is to give befitting housing for local community with a
specific focus on giving assistance and support to vulnerable individuals. The major reason of
doing this project is system can run effectively, so business are able to generate the revenue and
the profitability. However, due to this corona virus organization has started zoom meeting to
resolve the problem but there were some staff member they are unfamiliar with computers , soft-
wares and technology (Weske, 2019). Organization looking forward to develop easy application,
which is easily accessible on mobile phones, laptops so employee can use the software easily.
This is the requirement of all team member to do more effective form of communication in term
of informal and for operational purposes. All departments have various needs. Finance team
requested or communications platforms allow for flagging or specific communication as urgent if
possible to allow for prioritization. Maintenance team requested about integration into the new
communication and collaboration Platform to avoid having piracy information and request on

two different systems. Some employees are against using video conferencing while other argued
that it should be an option for those that preferred it to telephone calls. In last senior management
agreed with the decision. They looking forward to start new platform that was to be obtained
without excessive cost and also considering the importance of communication and collaboration
that willing to consider relatively expensive solutions as long they met requirements expressed
by the employees.

It is a concept that can be used for financial gain that is usually centred on a goods and
services that can be offered for monetary value. An idea is the first milestone in the process of
building a successful enterprise. There are so many people who has looking forward to start a
business for good reasons. People can expect to have two or three career during their work life.
Those leaving on career often think about second or third career move being one they can run out
of their home. Business options includes market research, it is narrative and the financial
statement. A commercial enterprise opportunity,in the simplest terms, is a packaged business
investment that allows the buyer to begin a business. Business option are difficult to define
because the terms means various things to different people. It involves sales or lease of any
product, services, equipment and so on that will enable the purchaser licensee to begin a
purchase. An organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial or
professional activities. Commercial enterprise can be for profit or non profit companies that
operate to fulfil a charitable mission or further a social cause. Enterprise option understand the
concept so they can run in significant manner. It is depend upon nature of business, extensive
market research may be necessary to determine weather turning the idea into a commercial
enterprise feasible and it delivers value to customers. It is also essential to take the legal structure
of business and it may need to secure permits, adhere to registration requirements and obtain
license to legally operate. The objective of business options it conducts activities in a long run.
While most of the people argue profit making is core object exactly it is right but not only profit.
It is also responsible for give the customer satisfaction. There various types of business such as
manufacturing, in this producers produce the goods and sell directly to the consumers or
mediator of sales. Service, it is a type of business that deals in selling intangible goods to the
consumers. Merchandising in this business buys goods from a manufacturer, wholesaler or other
partners and sells the same at the retail price. In last, hybrid it includes two or more types

business that expand in every prospective but in this products are manufactured by others and
provide service to the consumer. That are responsible for generate the revenue along with
profitability. It commercial enterprise includes various types of forms such as, sole
proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company,corporation all these expands the business
and try to give their outcome best (Price and Walker, 2021).
This business use weighted score model, it is a project management technique used for
weighing certain decision, such as prioritizing project actions, development of product features
and purchasing new soft wares. As per prospective of concern organization it include various
aspect such as list out options, product feature product step, software options, potential candidate
hire and second thing cost, time risk, quality, effort, return on investment etc.

Business option gives the in dependency and having a courage to take a risk and start a
new set up that bring success in various advantages.

Financial risk: to start a business financial resource is very essential to enhance a
business can be extensive. Founders of enterprises they saves their money and takes loans from
bank in high amount but there is no guarantee about profitability. Efforts is important but luck
factor matters a lot.
Stress: there is a bewildering array of things to worry about competition, employees,
bills, equipment breakdown, customers problems (Del Vecchio and et. al., 2020).

Time commitment: business men are very busy personality, they unable to give time to
their family. Unfortunately running a business is extremely time consuming.
Undesirable duties: commercial people can get bogged down in detail work that don't
enjoy. They probably have to perform some unpleasant task such as firing people. Most of
business people are pleased with their decision to start a business.
Time scale:
In include project cost and reckon of the organization is software development, cost is
depend upon software project type, size of its projects and development team size. project will
take around 9 to 10 months. This is very beneficial because all departments are able to
collaboration each other and willing to accomplish aims and objectives (Chung, 2018).
Costs:
Project cost uses technology to measure cost and production by the full cycle of business
levels projects. It encompasses different specific functions of project administration that
involving estimating, job controls, field data collection, accounting, design and scheduling. The
cost of software is around $ 78,000 and all departments. The operation and maintenance cost of a
component that is associated with and maintaining the component and the sum O&M cost of
each system component. It includes accounting and legal fees, bank charges, travel
expenses,entertainment cost, non capitalized research, development expenses, office supply cost,
rent. It includes overall cost around $ 60,000 (Tran, 2019).

It is inferred from the above report about findings such as, if organization develops a new
software, it will benefit from overall perspective because every departments wants particular
software but it will to expensive. It can be concluded organization decided to make single
software to all department can coordinate each other so, business can run effectively and

Gibbs reflective cycle: Gibbs reflective cycle was developed by Graham gibbs in 1998. it
provide learning from previous aspects. It also offer a framework analysing experiences, and
given its cyclic nature impart itself particularly well to repeated experience, that give permission
to learn and plan from things that either went well.
Description: I have a communication skills, it is very essential because in every area or
field communication is require. I unable to understand what people say after some time I listen
very carefully , assume the punctuation and analyse what they want try to communicate. After I
tried to speak a lot in front of mirror, I practised twice a day that gives benefit to me. I used to
communicate with people. That was amazing experience, I got prevention from my hesitation. I
worked on my excellence to encourage towards the success. Communication majors study the
best practices for conveying information on interpersonal or organizational level.
Communication provide various opportunities such as public relation, marketing, mass media,
journalism, management, broadcasting and many others.
Feeling: I take numeracy, because I learned mathematical information, data analytics,
equations, probability, quantitative technology, various kinds of methodology that helps me lot
in analyse the figure in business. Where it is and how much is required. The matter of fact is I get
to know allocation of funds. These things is very essential to understanding. For start up a
business I have to know how much monetary value is require in particular business. It helps me
in utilization of cost in appropriate manner and how I save the money. It is all about
understanding the fundamental of numeracy. It is essential for individuals to develop logical
thinking and reasoning strategies in their everyday activities. It has to solve the problems and
make sense of numbers, time, pattern, shapes for activities like cooking, reading, receipts,
reading instructions and even playing sport.
Evaluation: In this I take IT skills, I never used to about soft-wares Microsoft and that
was bad thing for me. Good thing it was my catching power is excellent, once I see the things, I
grabbed quickly. I recommend to myself I have to learn digital marketing because it is beneficial
for me. Today's world totally depend on e- commerce platform. I also get to know about MS

word, excel to keep record in the system. There are various things in IT skills so, I have to
enhance my skills that is beneficial for me to grow in future.
Analysis: This circumstances occurs because of my own feelings that created complexity
in my mind. Instead of letting any one take care of the learning experience. I don't know how to
works with others. I was extremely introvert personality and bit shy , if my teacher gave me task
to perform with others I was fell uncomfortable because I had lack of communication so, I
thought people keep bullying me. However, ever after some time I focus on my weakness and try
to develop that and went for the track to overcome with my difficulties and I able to
communicate with people and look forward to work each other.
Conclusion: I can some how, I able to do differently do few others things. Immediately
after the incident I would have to spoken to teacher and expressed my difficulties, where commit
mistakes and I asked to her, what I suppose to much more hostile. The relationship also changed
me to appreciate the significance of maintaining the partnership with the consultant, I have
concentrate on teamwork, confidence and its building process in relation to enhance to my
success as well as my relationship with my training manager. In relation, I need to focus on my
problem solving skills to develop creative relationship with many others subordinate and new
members that might support me.
Action plan: In this I learned various things various skills such as communication, IT,
problem solving etc. It creates excellent sense of humour, it changes the whole scenario of my
life, I way I think, speak it has been changed. On the prospective of career development
communication plays very crucial role in every area. Effective communication attracts the
people. It create impression, communication is not about speaking, it consider as better
understanding to become a critical thinker. If I face same thing, I would communicate with
people to get practice more. I can build connection with mates and I find to tell about fear, I am
looking forward to do chat more for my other colleagues on we feel, because I know about
myself, my catching power is excellent. I can learn from everyone . I am also enrolled in paper
presentation in university festival with regard to coaching and expect to keep coming up early by
joining the training sessions. In relation, I have to accomplish skills in communication and
information technologies that help me in taking lecture next to peers.
