Subject:Future vision for the development of the resort
Dear Sir,
The purpose of the e-mail is to outline the strategies that would be a helpful in
providing strategic ideas for the development and the betterment of the resort. I have
analysed the overall scenario of the resort as this assisted me in identifying the various kinds
of strategies which will be applicable for the overall efficiency of the organization.I have
worked in the resort for a long periodand I am accustomed with the different operations that
occur in the resort. According to me, the strategic direction of the resort should be to provide
excellent service to theircustomers in the best possible way at a lesser cost which would also
be effective for the resort.
The resort would have to make several technological changes that would be beneficial
for them. The resort can implement the usage of the artificial intelligence in different rooms
with implementation of voice technology which will enhance their customer service and
increase the revenue growth as well (Gazda and Stanek 2016). The higher client satisfaction
is the main attribute which is essential to be maintained in the future as there has been
increase in the rate of the competition and transition plays a major role in managing their
talent effectively and tactfully.
I feel that the training of the staffs in a practical manner is the essential aspect
which is required to be established and is one of the major attribute for retaining the talented

individuals (Loftus2017). Proper planning is essential wherein training will be done through
latest technology such as usage of artificial intelligence which will be effective in managing
the different resort operations (Brewster 2017). Customer satisfaction is a major attribute of
the resort and I would make sure that this attribute is completely fulfilled by the employees of
the resort.
Under my guidance and supervision, I would make sure to formulate a culture which
will focus on performance and efficiency solely. The resort would have to efficiently build
their operations in such a way that it is able to overcome the competition that is present
around it. I would be making it sure that the fixed mobile convergence is being applied in the
resort wherein the customers can link their mobile with the different remotes of television or
air-condition and this will rejuvenate their experience in the resort.
Proper relations have to be built with internal countries so that it is able to expand in
the right way and would not face any issues in case of any international expansion in the
future(Armstrong and Taylor 2014). These strategies would help the resort in their
functioning and I would be able to take care of the operations. Therefore, I can say that with
the ideas that I will incorporate within the organisation, I would help the resort in performing
better than it already is performing and also help it to grow faster more efficiently without
much expenditure for the new technologies and the changes that I have proposed.
