Raffles is also accompanied by the landscaping and lush greenery around its premises

comfy beds. 24*7 access, cocoon style rooms with free Wi-Fi service and convenient location
for its visitors. There is WiFi available in all the areas of Ibis and is completely free of
charge. Vending machines for both snacks and drinks are present in the hotel for its
customers. Games and puzzles are provided for family entertainment. A wide choice of
television channels and multimedia options on the television are provided to the visitors.
Also, people can arrive anytime at Ibis Budget, whenever they want and the doors are open
24 hours a day. The reception service at Ibis include 24-hour front desk service, currency
exchange and luggage storage. There is a lift, non-smoking rooms, air conditioned rooms and
many services like wheelchairs are provided for the disabled guests. Pets are also allowed on
request. However, charges might be applicable for the same. It also offers 24 hours reception
facility to all its guests and the rooms provided at Ibis include a shower room, bathroom, a
single and double beds, a desk along with wardrobe space and TV facilities. . Along with
these, they also provide services of dedicated Convention Services department, Hotel mobile

visitors The hotel also sometimes, include bar and restaurants that offer breakfast from 4:00
a.m to 12: 00 p.m. At some of the Ibis hotels, 24 hour snacks menu are also offered. The
business facilities provided at Ibis include accessibility to the business centre and
photocopying and faxing facilities. Furthermore, the services provided by the housekeeping
department of Ibis hotel include very friendly, professional and engaging services, following
all the safety policies to the guests. They always ensure that the housekeeping guest amenities

different drawers and cabinets. They provide daily housekeeping, shoeshine service, ironing

buffet is provided for every guests and this also include a wide range of choices to choose

fruit juices, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Here, all the well-known brand products are served to
the guests along with the local specialities like croissants in Ibis France, the cured meats in
Ibis Germany, fresh baguette at Ibis France and scones and Porridge at Ibis England. The
other services of the hotel include car hire, shuttle service (additional charge required),
airport shuttle service (additional charge required), wake-up service, safety deposit box, lift
and designated smoking areas.
Comparison in between the two brands
Both Raffles and Ibis Budget provide excellent service being a 5-star and an economy
brand respectively. (Morozova et al. 2017, pg. no. 319) However, Raffles provide far more
services to its residents as compared to Ibis, which is quite natural for the money that it takes
for stays (Perianez-Cristobal, Luengo and Calvo-Mora 2019, pg. no. 8). The significant
difference that prevails in between these two hotels is that there is no parking available for
the guests in Ibis like it is present in Raffles. Also, there is absence of diverse food and
beverage outlet services at Ibis as it is there in Raffles. The list services that Raffles provide
to its guests are also longer than Ibis. For example, Ibis does not provide its guest with Spa
services, garden tour, arcade, museum, meeting space and Same-day laundry and valet like it
is provided at Raffles. These make Raffles more costly to stay in. However, the rest other
things are nearly same at both the brands.
