 Business Analysis Plan

project needs proper business analysis planning, due to the fact that the entire business
processing is performed with highest efficiency. Business analysis plan includes the
terminologies that are used for calculating the risks that will be present in the completion of the
business management. Business analysis planning also helps in understanding the scope of the
project. This is the major reason that leads to the proper completion of the project.
 Business Requirement Plan
Creation of project plan includes the fact that the data that are present in the project plan
helps in understanding the needs and demands for completion of the project. This includes the
fact that the data management of the project is processed with complete efficiency. This is the
main reason of performing project planning. In the course of project planning, the main
advantage that the business requirement plan is implemented in order to start the business

Requirements for implementing the M Commerce
Major requirements that are required in the processing of the M commerce and implemented
are as follows: -
 Web Server: Implementation of Web server is the basic starting point of implementing M
Commerce in the field of data management. Web Server is basically dependent on the
projection of the platform. Web Server are portrayed with the help of HTML and CSS.
 Server software: Server Software has been acting as a platform that intends on
connecting the data management of the business. Server Software also ensures that the

connectivity of the business is decided by this layer. This is the reason that
implementation of the server software is very important and the entire efficiency of the
project is dependent on this layer.
 Web tools: Web Tools are used for ensuring the security issues of the platform. This is
due to the processing of the web tools. This is the main processing tool of the business
management. This is the main functionality of the data management, this is one of the
main platform advantages that affect the platform in a positive node
 Database System: Database system helps in storing the data that are to be stored in the
platform and this helps in completing the data management. This ensures the fact that the
business management is completely dependent on the processing of the data
management.
 G Networking: Networking of the projection regarding the connectivity is processed with
the help of the data management. Networking of the system ensures the fact that the
connection in between the severs and the database management system. This helps in

The e-governance or the electronic governance can be explained as the application of the
information and technology for the process of delivering governmental services in order to
exchange information between the government and the public. It is known to be one of the best
way in the modern generation for the process of managing the people of the country. With the
advancement of the technology there have been a number of changes and this is one of the best
thing that have helped many of the governments a lot. The governance can be sub divided into
4catagories namely: Government-to-Citizen (G2C), Government-to-Business (G2B),
Government-to-Business (G2B), Government-to-Government (G2G). IN the segment of the
government to citizen governance there have been made a number of the significant schemes that
have been launched in order to enhance the life of the people. Even though, certain E-governance
Schemes and Systems have been intended and applied at different level, it has been observed that
most concerned people are not using them effectively and efficiently. But in many sectors it have
been seen that the acceptance of the people these schemes are not much as not many of the

people are not getting enough benefits from the same. One of the example is the e- governance
business plans. In the business schemes although it have been seen that the high end businesses
are getting enough help form the government but the small scale orgasaition are not getting
benefited that much. Hence the level of acceptance have been reduce. The ultimate objective of
the e- governance is to prove an increased and significant amount of the portfolio to the public in
a very easy and cost efficient manner. One of the major advantage of this to the public is that the
process is very transparent and hence every action of the government are visible to the public.
Hence there are very much less chances of any scams by either of the parties. With the increase
rate of the users like the users of the mobile devices and the internet the people can easily
connect to every service of the government. Although apart from the advantages of the e-
governance there are some of the major disadvantages which reduces the chances of increase
G2C services. One of the main disadvantage is the lack of the equality in the producing enough
public access to the internet and the hidden agendas of the government in the services. These are
reducing the interest of the public in e-governance. One of the other major problem is this the
fact that with the enhancement of the technology there would be less chances of the security of
the services and with the use of the more electronic devices the government would be able to
look in every aspect of the citizens life and hence reducing the privacy of the citizens. One of the
other major problem that the common public is that if all the data are available to the government
there is any single breach in the security of the services then the entire life of the person can go
through the hackers. Hence the public are reluctant to use the services of the e- governance.
In order to reduce such kind of things there can be made many changes so that the
common public starts believing the government. The most important thing that is needed to be
done is to teach the common public about the benefits of the e-governance. The more the public

will know about it the more the public will believe the government. Further there needs to be a
proper and transparent plan explained to the people so that the people can properly understand
the e-governance concept. The government needs to make proper application which can help the
public to use and store data. Further the government needs to set up more integration of the
difference modern technologies like the cloud computing, Internet of things in order to enhance
the support towards the customers. The government also needs the public to let use the software
for free as if the software are made proprietary then there can be chances of the people not using
the software. The government also needs to make sure that the data that are stored in the
databases of the customer are much secured and there are no chances of any external person for
accessing the data. Also there needs to a proper maintainers of the applications and the databases
in which the data are stored. Further the organization must make sure that people must use all the
software in a proper manner so that there are very less chances of any error from the public side.

phones processing power are more than many of the computer systems in the world. It can be
said that in the modern world everything is possible. In terms of the software numerous changes
are being made in order to run all the software in the mobile platform. Now every software that
one was able to run in the mobile platform can be run in the mobile devices. Every organization
are working in such a process that their software can run in the mobile platform. The mobile

first application was introduced in 2008. Introducing a mobile application for a travel agency
provides the customers a huge amount of information in a single platform. More than 60% of

is very user friendly and easy to book or cancel tickets, look for accommodation in the
destination area and many more. Mobile phones play a vital role in this process and people
