Yes, I have achieved the two goals, which I have mention in the Part A of this
assignment. The two goals, which I have set in part of A of this assignment, were to learn time
management and leadership skill. Due to the diversification of the work, the work was divided
among the individuals in accordance with the expertise of the individuals. Working within the
stipulated time-period helped me to enhance my time management skill. While working I have
observed that the work was becoming less stress full if it is done as per deadlines. This led me to
divide the work in the small pieces and allocate the sometime for each small piecework and
hence before the stipulated time-period I was able to finish my work which was assigned to me.
For the purpose of completion of work, the team was assigned for the completion of the work
with the high level of perfection. In that manner, I have also been assigned in a team. In my
team, there were members with different attitudes and different sets of skills. I and my team have
faced different kinds of situations some includes the difference in thoughts, different approach of
handling the same kind of work and not to mention the deadlines. I have put forward myself for
managing such situations so that our team can finish the work within the time-period provided
and I have focused on the quality of the work. This not only helped me to figure out the right
way to take decision but it also helped me to tackle the different kind of situations which have
raised during the work.
I have enhanced my previous goals. Having well-established time management skill and
Participative Leadership Skill will make my base strong as an employee and I will able to handle
any kind of situation that might come in near future. These two skills are one of the primary skill
which a managers needed to handle a team and make the team to work under pressure. To add up

I want to enhance my communication skill because it is also one of the important factor for the
development of any employee working with a organization.
In accordance with self-development or the self-management tools, which I have used for
developing my managing skills, is Task Lists. Tasks Lists is a tool that help the individual to
organize the work by enhancing the thinking ability, planning procedure, understanding the
overall work. This has helped me to enhance the skill of my thinking, planning style and
understanding the assigned task. This tool also helped me to enhance the assessment and
conversation on collaboration in equitable terms.
The works, which have done in the past, not only have increased my leadership skill and
time-management skill but it also helped me to improve my communication skill. The work also
helped me to understand the psychology of my fellow peers in the team, which directly helped
me to take right decisions in any kind of situation.
The very roll in the team was to improve the outcome of my team with the c-operation
with other peers I have also take care of the delegates by providing them food, accommodation,
finance and transportation. Using my communicative skill I have entrained the delegates and also
look after them so that the delegates should not face any kind of problem. Using my decision-
making skill and time management skill, I have taken correct decision after concerning with
others in the team in respect of whole team, which helped my team to finish the assigned task
within the provided time.
