Dear Student,
Now that you are enrolled onto the MBA (top-up), you are required to submit a summary research
proposal to your supervisor for approval before you can proceed. Please read the guidance below
and complete the template for submission to your supervisor.
You have completed a research proposal as part of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma is Strategic
Management Leadership and you may decide to use this as a basis for your Consultancy Project.
Whether or not you decide to do so or start afresh, you are required to submit a summary proposal of
approximately 500 words (+/- 10%), which must be approved by your supervisor and comply with the
University of Chichester ethical guidelines.
Although this is not a long document, serious thought should be given to the content. A good project
proposal will save hours of work during the programme as it will develop initial focus for your project
report.
Your project proposal will be reviewed by your Supervisor prior to you commencing week 1 of the VLE
programme. It is at the discretion of your Supervisor as to when the proposal is fit for purpose and
your enrolment can be completed.
We advise you to have most of this in place (as an initial draft) prior to the induction week so you can
commence on time – that will allow you to take part in the workshop (webinar) sessions as opposed to
catching up.
Your Project Proposal must be sent to your supervisor within two weeks from the date of your
enrolment letter.
Your supervisor contact details are in your enrolment letter.
Your Project Proposal MUST be signed off by your supervisor before you can be
registered with the University of Chichester.

the world's leading resorts, hotel and gaming companies. we have over 160 staffs in the team with
the average 95 team members running for the daily operation.
The team is mainly focus on serving the high tier gaming players while playing at all the Premium
Mass areas. there are 4 exclusive areas with over 100 gaming tables usually drive 49% of the total
profit mergin. besides, we also have the KPIs need to be achieved on monthly basis, such as
hunting new potenial player, referral new potenial player, offering complimenary rooms and upsale
the promotions and events.
We discovered that lots of the team members made use of their total sick leave days for other
proposes, such as taking care of their family, take a sick leave with their regular day off instead of

each of the employees. While collecting the information, I will try to maintain my efficiency so that
the report will not get changed. maintaining the leave report from the individuals' portal, the
information related to the negative and positive leave balances will be clear to me. I will personally
talk with the employees for undersyading theor point of view in the particular situation.
