Introduction
Macey is using sparkle from last two years and familiar with the interface.
However, T&D recommend a new software name WIX to increase the
productivity. There are certain aspects to consider when moving to a new
interface in term of Cost efficiency, licensing option and usability of the
interface. These aspects must be compared to apprehend whether the
change of the software will be beneficial or robust.
Entity-1 (Sparkle)
Like Macaw, Sparkle eschews premade templates. It lets you place text,
images, and other page elements wherever you like, aligned with an easily
adjusted grid. But Sparkle also offers a library of useful, premade items,
including dropdown menus (not yet found in Blocs or Macaw) and a photo
gallery viewer.
Sparkle is a modern visual website tool for developers with a user friendly
interface. The surface of the Sparkle well embedded with the HTML and CSS.

It offers easy accessibility to mix complex layouts and retina graphics. It is
also suitable for browser compatibility, rich media and typography, metadata
and sharing, performance-focused code and device dependent layout.
STRENGTHS
 The main advantage of using the sparkle is it provide full control over
HTML and CSS visual approach. The main focus of Sparkle is on visual
thus it can offer an optimum visual interface.
 Its ability to align objects by their midpoints as well as their edges, and
to evenly distribute the space between multiple objects.
Sparkle’s ability to easily add common elements (a top nav bar with a logo
and menu, for example) to every page on your site, just by checking a box in
its inspector pane.
WEAKNESSES
 User can’t create classes for buttons or other elements.
 Even its text styles don’t include background colors, borders, or text
shadows, and there’s no way to edit active, hover, or focus states for
anything but buttons or pull-down menu.
Entity-2(WIX)
WIX is a clod based development platform for creating optimum web site. It
offers several approach for different type of user. It provides services such as
WIX Editor, WIX code and WIX artificial intelligence for personalization.
Whether user need to add a widget to website, change the background or
attach a domain name, everything is done via a user-friendly interface that
requires no coding at all.
STRENGTHS
It provides more than thousand template to work on. There is no needs of
wide knowledge of developing any website to work on the WIX. The interface
very easy and almost every tool is accessible to make a professional website.

 Wix is way ahead of the competition when it comes to rolling out clever
new features.
 Wix offers help at every turn. For example, most features in the
template editor have their own ‘help’ button, which opens a related
article with one click. So you never have to go searching for answers.
WEAKNESS
 The disadvantage of using the WIX is user cannot change the theme of
the template in the middle of the design process.
 Wix lets you build as many sites as you want on the free plan, but
you’ll get Wix branding on your pages and in your URL (web address).
Method
The hypothesis stated in this report will be proven through a survey in-person
which provide information used in the report. Users who have an experience
using both software for web design will be asked to fill structured
questionnaires paper. This information will be used to prove whether the
hypothesis is correct or wrong.

Outcome
After survey several expertizes, it can be concluded that WIX provide more
efficient interface and other designing options than Sparkle. Sparkle is also a
good web designing tool however it lacks in term of evolution of graphics and
easiness. While WIX can provide more user-friendly interface with great
customer service and help options to increase productivity.
