Vision and Mission Statement
When we speak about vision and mission statements in terms of business management, we
come to see that organizations normally summarizes their goals and objectives within this
word VISION and MISSION. Boththe terms serve differently for a company but are often get
confused or complicated with each other. Looking into the mission statement, the word
itself describes and explain us what the company wants to do now, whereas vision
statement clearly outlines what a company wants to do or be in the future. Mission
statement focuses on the present, helping the company to defines its core values,
customers’ critical processes informing the company about the desired level of performance
is required. On the other side vision statement concentrate giving a clear outline of the
future where the company wants to stand, with a source of inspiration and motivation. As
per Maurice Costel “Acting as a systemic entity, the business organization, viewed as
an aggregate, involves at the functional level, the assumption of an approach that
relates to the idea of legitimacy within the current economic pragmatism. At the
same time, dynamics of the economic reality highlight methodological explanations
regarding the role and the functions of a manager at organizational level. However,
the managerial functions within the business organization's frame of reference can
be corroborated with the formulated contents of the company's stated mission and
vision.” (Maurice costel, 2014).
CSL
Vision and Mission statement of CSL Limited is to focused on developing new products,
considering the safety, quality of the customers they serve. CSL extensive research,
innovation and ranged support services has demonstrated towards their on going
commitment to those who counts and rely on their products. The company have five core
values which underscores their commitment of providing the best possible therapies and
services.

Superior Performance.
CSL vision is to construct a team and workplace which can provide complete solution to
their existing and futuristic customers, for this vision CSL is implementing projects which are
set in the field of cement, sugar and energy production which can contribute their
profitability towards the Research & Development of new human plasma or recombinant
biotechnology (Anderson, Sweeney and Williams,2000). CSL aims to serve their customers
with excellence results, providing a better equipped and safer workplace for their
employees and to become the leader in their present league. As per (Jacques and Kepos
2010) vision of CSL is to includes an interactive process of having a large numbers of staffs
who are involved at all levels that are highly developed.

Where as on the other side the Vision and Mission of Macquarie Group whose main purpose
and objective is to raise opportunity for the benefit of their clients, shareholders and
people. Macquarie Group are into business to be profitable, but the way they do business
which defines them. Their approach is based upon three simple long held principles;
Opportunity, Accountability, Integrity.
Looking into the past history of Macquarie, the company has trained its employees and have
encouraged its subsidiary companies to capture opportunities, operating in a framework of
sound risk management. According to (Jacques and Kepos, 2010) the prime vision of the
group aiming towards the long-term practicality focused on promoting prudential risk
management; sustainable shareholder values over the long term, which align the interest of
shareholders and employees meeting a decent corporate givernance expectations in the
context of broader responsibility which the group hold toward its customers, shareholders,
investors and the communities in which they operate.

contributes towards the core values which CSL limited follow and which helps the company
to achieve its vision.
