 The events which held at the large level in which the people from
different places or countries some to join such event is known as
global event. Managing a global event is not an easy task as it
requires a lot of planning and management. This ppt discusses
about the positive and negative impact of macro environment on
these global event and the ways these factors also affect the
decision making. The PPT also includes the SWOT analysis for a
specific event for evaluating the important essentials for
successful planning of events.

 Tourism impact: Through the global event tourism sector would get
impacted in the following ways:
 Positive: More and more people would get attracted to the
destinations for travel and tourism. This will result in more inflow of tourist
people in the state and more destination marketing. Such global event helps
in providing the market positioning about the destination.
 Negative: The country has to implement the strict rules in tourism
so that the tourist people should feel safe and secure in the state. The
tourism government needs to be more focused and delicate in handling

satisfactory then the event consider as a failure in the market. But if
the feedback regarding the event is good then it is consider as a
successful event.
