The implementation of the Macro and Template for the organizations are very important.
The Macros are important for the company to maintain their logo and the templates are very
important for the company to maintain the signature of the company. The macro helps the
organization to save their time and effort in modification of the new word documents. It makes
the work much faster and graphs and charts can also be created using macros. The macros can be
created using simple command and different name can be used for defining different function
and used for the maintenance of the routine task.
This report has been used for the survey of the designed macro and the template for a
mock organization named as XYZ Company. The specific details about the development of a

There are all total of 33 members in my team. The IT department usually sits in two different
places in my workplace. My department holds two shifts, out of which one starts from 9 a.m. and

the other from 10 a.m. All the colleagues are very much helpful and overall there is a pleasant
environment in my workplace.

Number 1 issue: Some of my colleagues in my department have a separate personal room. But
others sit along with HR in the lobby. This provides a distraction for the working people as the
entrance is on the way where the department sits.

tasks and increasing the efficiency of the current workplace of the organization. The person
using the macro in the word does not need any knowledge regarding programming and only the
steps are needed to be recorded that can be translated into a macro code.

Macros > Record Macro. choose All Documents to run this macro so that this macro can be
