to each of the identified performance indicators.

With the proper and elaborated understanding of the operations of the MacVille, it has

been observing that the actual outcomes of the company do not conform to the planned

key indicators. With respect to the company’s planning the following observation was

found:

Objective 1:
The foremost objective of the company involve expanding its operations
and activities in every state of Australia

The company for the purpose of the current objective takes a suitable action. The

company adopts the following strategies:

Install new machines.
Open a new warehouse facility.
Collaborate with the agents to enhance better outsourcing facilities.
However, the company was not able to attain the target. The company showed a

progress of only 180 machines out of the target of 200 machines due to the fluctuation

in the Australian dollar. Apart the company is unable to open a warehouse due to the

adoption of the expensive model for operations. Further, the company has not made

any contract for the facilities related to the outsourcing.

Objective 2:
To ensure a suitable increment in the level of profit margin in the
forthcoming five years.

For the purpose of the attainment of the suitable amount of the revenue, the company

tends to focus on the strategy that can support in the better negotiations with the

supplier to get the goods at better prices. Also, the company elaborates a strategy that

can lead to better and optimum production. However the company has attained a

suitable command of the factors but still, there are some facts that are leading to the
underperformance of some of the states. As such the company is required to make a

proper focus.

Objective 3:
To establish a strong brand value of the MacVille in the key market areas.
In this aspect, the company has shown a suitable progress as the response is more

than the planned. The company aimed to have 10000 clicks per day on the website but

found it positive that is 12000 in actual. This depicts that the company is in the position

to attain the target of a better position in the key segment.

Objective 4:
To ensure suitable conservation of the natural resources.
The company has attained a suitable progress in the conservation of the natural

resources with the adoption and implementation of the varied innovations.
