solution of the invention or the existing products of the organisation. This helps to accomplish or
to fulfil the demands of the customers and will also result in capturing the market to beat the
competitiors.
The key elements of the successful organisation is its hard working employees as they
serve the business products and services to the final customers. This in turn helps the business to
achieve their goals, they are still making improvements in their plan to make their goal achieve
faster. The Madgex Ltd. has a major contribution to their effective participation within the
organisation, to make the high transaction in the systematic and effective manner (Van Hemert
and et.al., 2013). In respect to which they receive benefits of promotion, salary increases and
additional benefits. The following elements show the importance of the innovation in the
organisation :

their innovative ideas and improved operational strategies in the organisation. They have
set the targets for the company such as virgin blue, virgin entertainment group and virgin
rail, etc. the innovation has brought profitability, resulted into less time consumption and
customer satisfaction. Madgex Ltd. Is continuously making their hard efforts to achieve
the business objectives by demonstration the business plan for the future growth and
development of the company

The main aim or vision of the organisation is to deliver the best quality services and the
products with innovation to its customers. The firm is also focusing to provide the best
employees services and the benefits to the workers to fulfil the main objective of the
organisation. In respect to this, the organisation is providing the leading technology at the
workplace to make the needed invention which helps to achieve the objectives. The organisation
