We are the partners who wishes to raise and collect funds to create awareness for Magpie Goose;
a small organization willing grow and expand its boundaries so as to reach a larger market.
Tasks to accomplish the objective
Some of the major tasks that will help us in collecting funds include; holding campaigns
and training. The community will be educated through these trainings so that they can clearly
understand the importance of this project. The rallies and the training will also help our company
to reach a wider market to be known better and establishment. The tasks will also enable the
company to raise at least quarter of the funds that will play a great role in laying the foundations
of the company (Agrawal, Catalini & Goldfarb, A. 2011). The partners are intending to come up
with a social media network that will enable them raise more funds. The go fund me project will
help reach a wider audience that contribute in raising the funds.

For the goal to be attained, it be SMART. The acronyms stand for Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Realistic and Time- bound. The objective of the project is to raise fund and very
specific to the point. The goal is very realistic and therefore achievable since the funds will be
easily collected through the “go fund me page” and also the community itself. Training the
community on the significance of our project will enable them contribute willingly and without
failing; Campaigns on the other hand will help in attaining the goal since they will be held in
even remote areas. All the partners are much focused and they all want to see the project through
and a success.
(i) Developing a strong team will help in attaining the goal since they will promote and
spread our main theme.
(ii) Assessing the rising opportunities and threats that are likely to affect the project; by
doing this, we will be able to fight and win the challenges that are likely to affect the
project.
(iii) Communication is a key tool for any business success. Proper communication our
business partners will promote better understanding within us hence completion of
the project will be very fast.
(iv) Focus – All the partners are encouraged to stay focused since the go-funding might
face challenges that need perseverance. It will also not take a century to be
completed.

The strategic issues plays a great role in a business since it dictates the course and
direction to which the business is likely to take (Belleflamme & Schwienbacher, A. 2014). By
strategic issues; we really need to ask and provide answers to the following questions. How are

we going to shine regardless of the stiff competition in the market? What is our ready target
market? And what are the products/services we are going to deal with? These questions help the
strength and the weaknesses of the business since they can be referred to as the middle part and
heart of the organization. Proper handling of the strategic issues and problems will lead to
automatic growth and expansion of the business and its premises. More reasonable profits is
realized as well as the output per worker is increased with a high rate.
