Being staying healthy can keep the individual stay health in physically, socially
emotionally and mentally. By achieving healthy life, the individual can maintain their life which
can be free from health issues. Being health refers to the making choices that results in fit,
healthy and strong body which leads to a healthy life. It also about to being the happy and live a
balanced life so that it can promote or facilitate the environment (Bondanella, 2017). The healthy
life can help in maintaining and increasing the self-image and self-esteem in the individual life
and lead to free from stressful life. In context of this report, this focuses on the importance of
health by different range of measures, techniques and contribution. As it is necessary for people
to maintain their health condition in order to achieve a better life.

The health can be define as the state of being feel motivated and completely physical and
emotional well being. The healthy life depends on some of the resources such as the physical,
emotional, social and mental to obtain a full life. On the basis of views given by Seymour-Smith
(2017), it not only includes the absence of disease, but also includes the ability to regain back
from sickness. A healthy life includes the proper diet, exercise, meditation which can bring the
changes in individuals life and make the person healthy and stress free. The disturbed in society
and changes in their economical and atmosphere can cause the mental health condition in
individual's life. The good health is important to decrease the risk of any type of diseases. The
risk of disease can be occur by surrounding environment which is important factor in individual
life to gain a healthy life. The health in a person's life is important to gain as it can help the
people to maintain there social life by improving their morale and by achieving success in their
career. The healthy life improve the person presentation both quantitatively and qualitatively.
The factors which influence the society and free the individual from abnormality, infection &
disease and co-morbidity.

The caring technique includes the appropriate medication to individual in order to built
their healthy life. The techniques includes to help the people by providing high quality care so
that there health can improve. However, it includes the creating trust and communication will
improve the spirit of patient.

This effective care techniques includes the providing high quality care to the patients in
which the care providers should maintain the disease free environment and to provide the high
quality and hygienic treatment to the patients. It also includes the proper medication in which the
care practitioners should give the medicine on time. In their effective care techniques, they
involve the use of instruments which help them for other clinical purposes.
