This presentation is about RCM which is acronym of Reliability Centred Maintenance.
This is a maintenance strategy that is used by the business organization to optimise the
maintenance program of an organization of a facility. This is known as implementation
of different strategy in order to optimise the maintenance of each organizational function
ad facility for higher performance in the target market. All organizations need
maintenance operation to maintain their internal performance to produce better output
in the end.

RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance)
This is important for the organization to maintain their internal performance efficient
and effective fir better output and profit. The RCM is explained as a business level
strategic maintenance strategy to maintain the effective internal operational efficiency
