Introduction
Decision making can be defined as a method of formulating a course of action within the
organization based on a set of alternatives. It is viewed as the gearing force within the
organization as it spells out how the operation procedures in the production.
In making a decision, there are some levels of decision making which should be
incorporated in the process so as to give a meaningful decision to the organization. Such
levels involve design aspects, behavioural and functional intentions, physical elements and
implementation intentions of the made decision. (Pettigrew, pg.56).
During the research project, discussed below questions will direct the researching team in
formulating their decisions.
Level 1-Design Aspect
Q1.What is the behavioural statement of your staff?
Following the employee’s willingness to work as a team, it shows that they have welcomed
the policies and regulations guiding them within the organization.

Q4.What is the organization`s recovery options?
In cases of bad debt from the customers, insurance policy cover taken by the company will
take its course hence compensation to the organization.
Level 4-Implementation Intention
Q1.Which choices of implementation do you prefer?
Workers are forced to adapt to the new changes made within the organization.
