between VFR, unless precisely needed by the ATC. Also, not all aircraft functions completely
outside of regulated territory in a zone where a flight blueprint is not vital; the aircraft may not
be recognized to air traffic provisions (Internation civil aviation organization, n.d).
To offer airplane flying with data about considerable variation in climate, meteorological
observation workplaces are upheld. They organize signs of risky weather situations such as
tropical tornados, thunderstorms, turbulence, sharp squall lines, dust storms, crag surfs,

Under the Powers of the Authority section, it deals with enforcement of costs, fees or any other
rates as it thinks fits in connection to any action rendered by the authority, or utilization of the
facilities of the administration. Under the financial provision act, a fund known as Civil Aviation
of Malaysia Fund is to initiated and will be established and regulated by the authority. It is worth
noting that the section shall apply to aircraft, other than the one utilized by military, police
service or customs (Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia Bill 2016, n.d).
