The method of the research will be based on quantitative and qualitative
approach, which will be based on the interviews of the managers of the advertising
agencies and questionnaires will be distributed among 100 employees of the hotel,
which will be surveyed and the responses will be collected.
The approach of the research will be deductive in nature, as the theories and
the responses collected from the managers and employees will help in deducing
the conclusion in a better manner by the researcher.
The positivism type of investigation will be used, as the researcher will get
better insights by observing and measuring the datas that will be collected in a
proper manner. The researcher will be limited to the collection of data and
interpreting it with the objectives so that the research can be quantifiable and
observable in nature.
