in apple Vale, one medium size resort named Anders reach is present and the place was utilized
for treating patient who faces issues due to alcoholism, drug intake as well as anxiety. The
charity of the organization named Tun Therapies created one proposal with the main of
demolishing the old building for undertaking the work of construction for the treatment centre. It
is found that the treatment centre “ARTC” helps in providing facility to the patients who are
facing a number of challenges due to alcoholism, drug intake as well as anxiety. The treatment
centre will provide proper facility of the patients including their accommodation, food and water.
In addition to this, other facilities like gym, car parking as well as spa is also present. While
undertaking the project, a number of assumptions has been made for successfully undertake
construction work within 10 months by using budget of around $900,000. Furthermore, cost
benefit analysis is undertaken for analyzing whether the project that is undertaken is feasible or
not. The ROI of the project suggests that construction of the treatment centre is quite feasible. A
number of benefits as well as dis benefits are also elaborated. Apart from benefits, it is identified
by few stakeholders that the cost for service will be quite high for the treatment centre which will
not be affordable by everyone. In addition, this, the risks including schedule slippage, budget
