Task 4
The current process can be measured using the responses and feedback
from the customers and the employees. Some of the immediate measures
that can be taken in account are the measures such as scheduling some
of the employee on a shift, maintaining a rough record through managing
of the invoices and other similar documents. An effective meeting with
the supplier can also benefit in mitigating the threat of supply chain
management. The other risks such as employee training needs, need for
felicitation programs and other needs to be assessed properly and will
require research and analysis. However, the above measures can bring
immediate change in the discussed risks.
