INTRODUCTION
Organisation can be defined as the bringing improvement in the business procedure of
system. Change management can be defined as a procedure of planning as well as implementing
change in business in order to deal with specific issue.
The report have focus on identifying the different phases involved in change management
procedure. Study also emphasizes on analysing the strategic management in an enterprise.

According to the Lewis model there are three phases involved in implementing the
successful change at workplace these are :
Unfreezing : It is a phase which includes the process of identifying suitable technique in order to
encourage people to change their working pattern. Unfreezing is very much important in order
to avoid the resistance to change (Turner, 2019). It is required by management in an
organization to share complete information about change with employees.
Change : This phase involves implementing the plan in order to bring positive improvement at
workplace.
Refreezing : It involves embedding the change in organizational culture.

order to analyses the readiness of company to change. The different techniques which are used
