INTRODUCTION
Managing personal work priorities is one of the most important activities which is helpful
for the development of an individual. It help in many ways, here, individuals make the priority
list of their gaols and desired achievements. The goal which is supposed to achieve first are
mentioned at the top of the list and so on. Managing personal work priorities also help in
professional development because managing time, managing work, and many other resources

which can be achieved later. The following report covers examining four goals of personal
development, how to meet work priorities, development and maintenance of professional
competencies, creation of personal development plan to analyse how the plans can be achieved
and conclusion.

It is essential to develop some personal goals related to job description because it will
further help in professional development when step by step all the set goals get achieved on time.

To manage the assigned team properly- It is the first objective of career to manage the

priorities of this goal is that firstly it is essential to make a list of teammates and their
abilities and skills. Then to analyse which teammate is perfect for which kind of work.

essential goal of at least every employee is to gain a good reputation at their workplaces.
Gaining a good reputation helps in self satisfaction and elf esteem needs can be fulfilled.
Here, for gaining reputation from junior employees side, it is essential to listen each one's
point of views and opinions and giving teammates a chance in decision making process
will help to gain good reputation. Reporting senior manager on timely basis and to be
honest with them will help to gain good reputation in Front of senior managers.
Professional competencies required to achieve this goal is good behaviour toward others,
responsiveness, accountability and many more. Having good behaviour with both parties
senior authority as well as with junior employees will help the individual to gain good
reputation at workplace. Fulfilling all job responsibilities of general manager is another
good activity to achieve this goal.
To become Senior General Manager- It is the basic objective of every individual to
gain promotions as soon as possible. The main objective is to become Senior General
Manager from General Manager within 1 year of time period (Boivin and et. al., 2020).
To achieve this goal it is essential to perform self analysis. Here, an individual can
analyse their strengths and weaknesses which they had performed at their workplace as
an general manager. This will help to work upon weaknesses so that it will increase the
chances of promotion one day. Professional competencies to this goal is abilities and
good working experience. Here, individual must have good abilities and good past
experience of work to get promoted in professional life.
To establish own company- One's who achieve at their all goals need to become the
boss where the person himself give orders to others. Here, the work priorities will be
developing network with all those people who can help to establish own company.
Secondly, it is essential to set financial sources which will help in future to meet this
goal. Professional competencies which is required to achieve this goal are creative skills
which is essential within an individual to establish own company because new start-ups
