Introduction
The project
The project is to develop an exclusive eCommerce website for the organization dealing
with the gifts as the product and services and allow the organization to perform all the
operational activities those need to be accomplished while delivering the products and services to
the consumers. The purpose of this project is to develop an eCommerce website that can allow
the organization to provide products and services to the consumers in an efficient and effective
manner.

The Team
Departments
Business: This department will focus on the analysis of the business that can be identified
for the establishment of the strategies that can promote and support the functioning of the
organization.
Government bodies: These will be providing the necessary legal approvals on the
hosting, outsourcing, and platforms of the website including the privacy and security policies
related to the user and the services being offered to them.
Vendors: providing the platform and services including the risk handling and other
constraints necessary for the operational activities.
Resource management: the resource manager will be responsible for the management of
the resources those are necessary for the development and growth of the project.
Stakeholder management: The project manager will assure that the roles and
responsibilities of the stakeholders are well defined and the developed project can utilize the
maximum efficiency of the stakeholders.
Decision making: The project executives, managers, and partners will be responsible for
making better decision making and assuring that the taken decision is capable of fulfilling the
satisfaction of level of the users.

The proposed software development methodology
Agile Methodology
Agile Scrum methodology will be executed as the best approach for the development t of
the website that can be utilized for the efficient and effective development of the project.
Following are the steps assumed for the successful development of the project under agile
methodology:

Source control procedures
Source control will be executed in the phase of the monitoring and controlling in manner
