INTRODUCTION
It is very important for organisation to manage their work in business in order to achieve
goal and objectives (Wardrop and et. al., 2016). Each and every work should be managed in
proper manner so that better results can be achieved. While managing work, problems may arise
which can be improved through personal development. The individual has to prepare various
work for organisational and self goal. The assignment is divided into two parts where first is
based on knowledge evidence and second on personal development portfolio. This report is
prepared on basis of CoffeeVille restaurant which provided various products and services. The
assignment covers personal work goals, meeting own work priorities, maintaining work life
balance, professional competence and participating in network.
