for each procedure and policy to be acknowledged. I also meet with divisional leader to make
sure the procedures and policies are feasible.
Business needs
Woolworths Limited is a selected workplace that requires accomplishing their long term
goals and attaining competitive advantages easily. My role in this workplace is operation manger
and for this role I complete all needs of business systematically and effectively. For this I
contribute my full efforts in attaining of business goals and improving their brand image. In this I
must also play important role in hiring and selecting of knowledgeable candidates who have
knowledge about the retail sector. This will help me in accomplishment of business goals easily.
