considered good for Allstyles Store. Information provided to the leader is less can lead to long
term failure for organization.
This is how both situational and contingency leadership are effective for Rebecca to lead
the operations within the store. From the both leadership approaches this is more effective for her
to use contingency management approach to lead the operations in effective manner.

From report it is concluded that management practices are those which are applied to
increase efficiency of operations. it enables in achieving goals in effective way. besides that,
