There are many organizational culture but Hilton follow role culture because the manager
have highly controlled and the organization know their roles and responsibilities. This culture is
not flat culture but follow long chains of command.
The manager of Hilton applied this culture in his operations too. When the service
depending on demographics, the culture of Hilton is quite flexible that it adopts all the change
related to demographic change (Zhu, 2018). When new laws and order are passed by the
government, the organizational culture of Hilton accepts those changes and suddenly applied
those into their work environment. The hotel also manage changes in term of economy,
sometime hotel received good income and sometimes not which affect the working environment
of employees. The organizational culture of a company is too flexible that it accepts all the

CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it is concluded that manager plays an important role in
hospitality industry. From this report it is also concluded that good management help to take
decision for the betterment of a Hilton. This report help to understand the effectiveness of a
management style for Hilton and also present four basic characteristics of a leaders which
managers must possess. The report also present the role of communication in a company and its
different process with barriers. This report also help to review own potential as a prospective
manager by conducting SWOT analysis and how he help to reach the success of a company. It
also describe how a manager will motivate the team to achieve the goals if owner cannot increase
the payment and also justify the management decision. The report also help to explain own
managerial and personal skill plan that help to develop career.
