Introduction
This report include about the leaders of the organisation, who are related to provide
information within the organisation to their other employees. It will be related to the way which
represent the way and bad news that has been delivered for using more positive relationship. This
has been related to build a relationship in between the management and employees of the
company while delivering something bad news. As the delivery of bad news is related to many
of the large organisation (Hillebrandt and et.al., 2021). It is helpful for considering approach in
different but interrelated phase. That phases known as preparation, delivery and transitional
activities. That phases are helpful for considering the approach and make systematic growth
within the company and achieve targets for delivering the right conceptual data.
Main Body
How managers can deliver bad news ‘better'
From the view point of Robert, (2021); it is considered to received the attention from the
management, as a result it is considered in psychology, sociology and medical practitioners. The
employees of the organisation contain bad news which actually related to negative information
sector. There are mainly two basic approaches that are useful by the managers in order to deliver
the concepts and consequences by qualitative data. In this report, this is analyse that employees
of the company has major responsibilities to work with effective communication. Which can be
done by delivering the right news at the right time with whole staff. As it is said that the life in an
organisation is punctuated with the different kind of bad news (O'Neill and Kelley, 2021). Many
of the bad events to make amateurs behavioural approaches. This qualitative research is helpful
for completing the different view points from the manager's point of view and make systematic
growth. As this is very important for the company to deliver the bad news in an appropriate
ways. That actually related to review a challenge and speak honestly for the growth and empathy
of the firm.
Reason for delivering a news in a better way
There are different reason and concepts which help the company to analyse the concept
and deliver the under-welcome concepts to make effective techniques at the platform. There are

different reason that related to the appropriate changes for analysing the concept and make
advance behavioural growth in the three different phases of delivery. The main reason for
delivering the bad news to the employees that are harmful activities. Some of the points which
include the reason for delivering bad news and not able to make a good communication is
associated to; not receiving a promotion in the employees, not having rise in the job position.
The company may increased the working hour which is not acceptable by the employees.
Further, having changes in the benefits and location are analysed to work and make downsizing
the behaviour within the employee and employer relation in market. All of the above points are
related to make a relationship with each other in an organisation. These framework are related to
delivered the bad news for the growth of an internal and conceptual data range for considering
effective literature review concepts (Mikkelsen, Petersen and Bjørnholt, 2021). These strategic
functions are helpful for performing effective platform and need to manage the delivering aspect
while providing information related to bad news in market. With the help of performance
correction, blame management, evidence management and the commitment reports, the company
can solve their legal disputes.
Ways this can be delivered ‘better’
As per the Robert, (2021)., there are different theoretical ways to make perspective
changes to connect and provide conceptual insights with five strategic functions. These function
or ways are helpful for completing effective knowledge and achieve appropriate growth in
contextual and temporal factors.
Organisational justice theory: This theory is related to provide perceived legitimacy of
the effective outcome and process. All is related to work and make effective activities with
advance warning and providing relevant information with the disclosure changes in the
organisation.
Impression management theory: This is helpful for providing relevant information
related to the bad news concepts and include the collaboration with effective changes and
management process within the company (Aldoseri and Lagaras, 2021). The need of the
company is helpful for make growth and achieve targets to deliver the changes.
Copying theory: This is the theory which help in analysing performance while delivery
with the growth to work and make face management in self-presentation in different concepts.

Introduction
This is the second part of the report, that include the research methodology to the
company. To work with the relevant qualitative methodologies for the research. As this research
is based on the delivery of bad news and the ways to improve their techniques for using a better
relationship with the company. Effective research methodology has been used and evaluated
within the organisation are discuss in this report.
Main Body
Research philosophies: There are two main approaches, Ontology and Epistemology.
Here the researcher, use Epistemology philosophies which is related to scientific research
methods that help in finding information. In that, interpretivism is related to for working
effective in different actions and their own perspective. This is basically related to work
to understand the people's culture for the growth of participation in social life
(Goldsmith, 2021). This philosophy is related to work on the inductive approach which is
helpful for considering the qualitative approach method within the research
methodologies.
Research Methodologies: The researcher use qualitative research method for completing
effective method. There are different ways which are helpful for completing part 1 of the
project. As with the help of qualitative research methodologies, which is helpful for
considering the approach and effective benefits for the potential customer by removing
the data collection method (Elliott and Timulak, 2021). With the help of interview
method, specific phenomena are required for using pattern and use the qualitative data to
complete research on the delivery of bad news within the large organisation.
Data Techniques: With the help of data analysis techniques, the researcher is able to
analyse the data and significant aspect in the management process to considered effective
changes. For completing this qualitative research, interviewing method has been used
which is helpful for completing effective techniques and achieve the targets. With the
help of appropriate changes all is related to justify the relation and use appropriate
method (Costa and et.al., 2021). The researcher use structure interview for analysing data
and achieve effective adaptabilities.

Sampling: Sampling is the method that referred to the situation for completing interview
method in order to complete this qualitative research methods. In this type of research,
the use of effective sampling characteristics is important and effective for using effective
techniques and changes as per the effective modelling and considering changes within
small used portals (Cox, Lambert and Hitchcock, 2021). The chosen sample size for the
interview in this research is 5, as these are the employee of the different companies who
are dealing with different situation related to the bad news issues within their company in
market.
Ethical consideration: This is important for considering the major changes and helpful
for make ethical application for the valuable approaches in the serious fields. It is related
to applying appropriate design and make conductive approach for using effective code of
conduct, growth and determination to analyse data and misused the ethical behavioural of
the concepts (Gerend and et.al., 2021). Consent form, validity and reliability of the
projects, sampling, confidentiality are related to achieve effective growth in analysing for
the growth to overcome the objective in different forms.
Conclusion
From the above report, this is concluded that the use of right ways and approaches which
has been used by the manager of an organisation to deliver the right message. Further, the
company is related to work and considered effective apprroach in order to deliver the bad news
within the organisation. This is very important for the managers to attend all three phases and
make sure to deliver the bad news in an appropriate way. Having bad news management
techniques are related to achieve conflicts and make effective organisational function which are
needed to be manage. In last, the framework which is provided and use for formulating the
techniques and conducting the behavioural conceptual data. All is related to work and make
formulating the job based information in order to use leadership style and posed the bad news
within the activities and management process.
