A competent manager is considered as a valuable
asset for an organization
Efficient and experienced managers changes the
fortunes of the companies and this is the reason
why every organization strives for developed and
experience managers in their company.

Explaining how managerial and personal
skills will help in career development
 Managerial skills like effective communication skills,
leadership qualities such as motivator, influencer, ability
of taking rationale decision making, delegating authority
to subordinates and my personal skills like capability of
making cordial relationships with others.
 For being an effective manager, communication skill is
important because a manager have to communicate
various things from subordinate level to top
management level.

Conclusion
 From the above report, it has bee concluded that communication
skills, ability of creating and maintaining healthy and cordial
relationships with colleagues would help me in becoming an
effective leader in Glenmore.
 Also, I have to overcome my shortcomings such as inefficient time
management, conflict resolving skills for better performance as a
manager in the future.
