The three careers or educational goal that I can undertake after my graduation
includes the role of a mechanic engineer assembler, maintenance supervisor and head
department of maintenance. These careers or educational goals can help me to progress in the
future.

 My purpose is to achieve my goals in life
 My mission is to provide high maintenance standards to every people and remain
remarkable of my quality standard
 My value is that I am highly motivated and I do not allow negativity in my life

At the current state, the job performance of a maintenance manager is high in the
UAE. Reputed companies such as Regional HVAC service and Gulf Marketing Group
provide opportunities for fresher graduates to gain experience as a maintenance manager.

an adverse effect on my success. This is because it may increase the level of competition in
the job market.

 Develop competency by analysing the skill set of other students
 Ensure that I continue to update my experience and resume profile on a regular basis
 I need to keep away from people that possess a negative attitude

Explanation of ethical principles
Ethical principles such as not forcing any people to provide me with jobs or indulging
in illegal or corrupted activities such as bribery need to be maintained. At the same time, I
need to ensure that I follow the policies of the institution and the organisation in which I am
going to work.

For me, my choice of mentor is Professor ABC. This is because he has a vast
experience in the field of management and can help to develop my personal capability and
