While undertaking the particular project, I went through various experiences which
provided me a considerable experience and assisted me to increase my knowledge domain.
Hence, in this reflective blog, I will be critically analyzing my experiences in the team and
during the time I was involved in the management procedure. Firstly, I would like to take a
discussion of the different problems which were faced by me while carrying out the management
team tasks in the whole process planning. The team which I was a part of belonged to different
backgrounds and can be understood to have different tastes as well as choices which greatly
dominated our overall choice of the dishes that had to be made a part of the menu. With respect
to this, we faced problems relating to the lack of coordination, lack of understanding and a
cultural gap as well. Moreover, as we did not have a team leader initially, we also faced issues
relating to the task distribution whereby no particular team member or individual was ready to
undertake the tasks adequately and in relation to this, the goals of each of the members was not
well defined. In addition to this, all the members were not willing to agree to a certain decision
which lead to considerable loss of time in the beginning. However, once the leader was elected,
we were able to solve these issues.
The Human resource forms an integral part of the firm and with respect to this, it
becomes very important for the HR to play a key role and ensure that, the HR improves on its
documentations. As per my belief, the digitalization serves as an easy procedure, following
which, the organization will be successfully able to process and define all the documents related
to the HR procedure. This shall then make it easier for the firm to take crucial decisions which
would assist in ensuring that, the department can engage in effective talent planning throughout

the cycle. Moreover, I believe that if the HR activities are transparent, it serves the organizational
goal in a better manner.
I also believe that the legislations as well as the rules and regulations tend to have a
considerable impact on the different operations of the firm. For instance, in relation to the food
related choices and ingredients, it is crucial to ensure that, the firm is required to follow the
legislatives which may decide the content of the ingredients. In line with this, if these ingredients
are not followed, it may relate to the downfall of the firm in the long run.
In line of this, lastly, I am under the impression that the digital methods of
communication can be made use of in order to ensure that, the firm is able to effectively
communicate with the different outlets as present and is able make the overall procedures quite
clear in nature. The final goal can be achieved only when the communication is transparent in
nature. Hence, in the future, each outlet can be effectively connected through artificial
intelligence which will then assist them to maintain a line of communication and ensure success
in the long run.
