while they are present at the centre to discuss challenges and concerns faced by them. The
team meetings that I have been a part of have had a positive impact on the service
organisation, provision and management. In such meeting, my goal was to raise concerns
regarding any challenges faced by service providers with respect to organisational resources.
Clear communication was very important in this regard. A helping hand was extended
towards all for overall improvement.
