manipulation of the human capital of a company to give contribution to company’s success.
Following are the some topics of management-
2.1 Management Topic 1: Ethics and social responsibility
The social responsibility refers to an ethical theory, where the people are responsible
to fulfil the civic obligation; the activities of people should advantage all the societies (Austin
& Pinkleton, 2015). As per ethical and social responsibility, it is required to establish the
balance between financial progress and environment and society’s welfare. In the case where
balance is established, then the social responsibility can be achieved. As per the theory of
social responsibility, it is required by the corporations that activities and decision should be
validated as per ethics prior to procedures. In the absence of ethics and social responsibility,
the regulatory difficulties can take place. Volkswagen company is facing the problem of
Ethical and social responsibility. The company does not identified the unethical practices.
Volkswagen serves as reminders on the time that this is good to put focus on the ranking,
press release, report, and award. However, basically, this is an outcome and impact of
sustainability, which make and end the value of shareholders.

REPORT 3
2.2 Management Topic 2: Leadership
The leadership over the company sets corporate culture’s tone, expectation of
corporation and the idea for an entity. The problems related to leadership may take place in
organizational leadership, which may hinder an efficiency and output of company. Well
Fargo Company is facing the problem of poor leadership (Haneda & Ito, 2018). Of any kind
of procedure of risk assessment this Company used, seemingly no one considered there were
the serious risks that customer will be burned by what was being done by the workers of a
company. The risk manager issues the warnings, however employees do not take them on
serious note. This company is continuously facing failure in mitigating the risk, and it is
failing at the very big level. The problem of poor leadership is arising because of a reason
that the corporate culture of company is very poor. The top-level management does not take
whole responsibility of failure.
2.3 Management Topic 3: Managing communication
The good workplace communication needs the commitments from an employer as
well as workers and the dedication to making the good and positive corporate culture
(McCaffery, 2018). At the corporate level, the costs of failing to establish the communicate
may be terrible. The problem of communication is facing by Nokia. Nokia fails to meet the
communication standards expected by clients, stakeholders and the workers. Nokia is biggest
issue lies in the communication. Nokia has struggled to turn the best idea in the product. It
was caused partially by the “habit of communication that favour unclear discussion in respect
of the strategies over simple plan to launch the new model of phone in the market.” The
failure of Enron may point out the “leader accountabilities on the basis of
communication” that top-level management failed to fulfil the duties like “establishing
communication of proper values” and “keeping the frankness to sign of issues”.
