INTRODUCTION
Managerial communication is the process which is used to have interaction with the
members, managers and subordinates in the company. It is very important to communicate with
the employees in order to increase the productivity. This presentation will outline the effective
communication with the employees by using the theories and the recommendations to the
company.
MAIN BODY
Evaluating the best management approach by using theories
Management approach is the technique that have a direct or indirect control on the
working of the organization. The approach is adopted by the organization or by the managers to
have good management in the company. The best and appropriate management approach used by
the organization is the group behavioural approach. In this approach, the organization is
concerned with the behaviour of the individuals (Ratheeswari, 2018). There are many employees
in the organization and most of them are belonging to the same social culture and feelings which
used to create an informal environment in the organization.
The organization can use the Administrative management theory in order to have
effective communication in the organization and have good productivity in the entity. As the
company is expanding its product line with the large client the company can use this theory in
order to have good management which is described below:
Principles of administrative management theory: This theory was introduced by Henry
Fayol after examining the situation of the mangers and the employees. The mangers should not
have the rigid rules and policies, but they make the flexible policies for the employees (Major
approaches to management theory, 2021). By using this theory the company can have better
managerial communication in order to have work in effective manner.
Three layers of model for management communication
Managerial communication is the communication and interaction among the heads and
their subordinates in the organization. It is very crucial to have effective communication in the
company as it makes the employees to feel valued and increases the productivity of the firm
(Abdullayev, 2020). By having the managerial communication it helps the company in order to

achieve their goals in the decided frame work. By having effective communication it makes to
have proper delegation of the work. The three layers of the strategic model for management
communication is described below:
The outer layer: In this layer, the communication means is described in which message
will be delivered. As there are different kind of people having different ages, culture, group, etc.
which makes the sender to choose the best means to communicate (Treem, Leonardi and van den
Hooff, 2020). The organizational culture must include the mission, vision and ethics which
makes the communication easier.
The middle layer: Middle layer consist of the three variables that are sender, receiver and
the purpose. These three variables are the most important variables of the communication and
helps to have the effective work in the company. It will help the sender and receiver to know on
which topic they are communicating.
The inner layer: In this inner layer the messages are received to the receiver which makes
the person know about the utility of having the communication. This helps the managers to have
the effective communication without any hindrance in the company.
Communication contingencies
Diversity: Having effective communication makes the person from the different
background, religion, age and communities to have the strong rapport and it does not create the
problems while doing the work (Sillars and Vangelisti, 2018). By having the diversity it makes
the company to have the communication gap among the employees. By having the diversity it
makes the company have variety of persons with their creative mind which will have good
impact on their new plan.
Competitive Advantages: By having the effective communication the company should
know about their competitors and their competitive advantage in the market. By having this
information it makes the company to build the new strategy and goals by communicating in an
effective manner. This make the company to know about that they must bring the new products
by knowing the competitive advantage in the market.
Role of technology in new plan
Technology is the new method, system and devices which makes and increases the
productivity in the workplace. This makes the company to have faster production by using the
new and innovative technology in the firm. By having good communication and the rapid change

in the technologies used to put the pressure on the organization to have those changes in the
organization. The organization has contract with the new business client in order to expand its
market in the product line by using the new and innovative technology in order to have faster
production in the company (Guzman and Lewis, 2020). In order to achieve the new product line
the company can use the new technology and implement the new product in the market. By
having improved communication makes the company and its subordinates to have good
communication and helps them to adopt the new technology in the market.
Recommendations using theory
In order to have good communication management the company can use the Multi-Step
flow theory. This theory used to suggest that it is reciprocal nature of sharing the information and
having the beliefs, attitudes and behaviours. In this theory the leaders used to have opinions to
their followers and have the god communication among them.
By using this theory it is suggested to the company that it can share the information to
their followers and make the company to get success in the product line where they are
expanding their business with the large clients.
CONCLUSION
From the above presentation it is concluded that the organization must have the effective
communication. By having the effective communication between the managers and employees it
increases the productivity and work of the employees. The organization is using the new
technology in their new plan in order to extend the product line. At last there are some
recommendations to the company in order to have good and effective communication.
