It has been analyzed that there are various factors that are considered by the company. The two
topics selected for the task are communication and leading. The company selected for the task is
Nestle and in reference to this the two topics will be discussed. Communication and leading can
be considered as the important factors that are considered by the management in the workplace
as these help in guiding the employees. If proper flow of communication is not present in the
workplace then it can impact the brand value (Fraustino and Kennedy, 2018).
So, flow of communication is important to be maintained as it helps in attaining the success in
the competitive market. Leading can be said as the important function that assists the
management in motivating the employees. Leading the employee’s means to assist the workers
to be focused towards the work as it is important for organizational success. So, it can be said
that it is important for the management to motivate the employees to enable them to attain the
specific goals (Bush, 2017).
Contribution towards the success of Nestle
It is analyzed that Nestle has focused on the functions related to communication and leading.
These two factors helped the company in accomplishing the set targets. Communication team of
Nestle has played an essential role as it is known as the driving force of the company. The team
with proper cooperation in relation to functions and departments can shape the involvement of
the staff members. The communication team assists to attain the business goals by developing
and executing the proactive external and internal communication and engagement programs. The

Leading is the next topic which is selected and it has been analyzed that Nestle considers this
factor as it helps in boosting the motivation level of employees. Leading is done by the managers
of the team so that workers can give their best towards the assigned task. In relation to Nestle
Company, one of the popular functions is considered which can be stated as the Nestle Lead
program that aims at creating the potential of the youth in references to the skills and
competencies. In this program, the cross functional exposure is considered that offers the growth

trainees also spend minimum of 3 years in the market as it helps in boosting their performance in

are considered to lead the employees in the workplace (Nestle, 2019).
The leaders of the company also lead the employees by emphasizing on the career development.

innovation. At the time of leading the employees the motivation is one of the factors that help to
