effective communication plan does not take much time to integrate with employees and

of an organization. Importance of communication or effective communication helps in achieving
the targets and also a better performance with an increased rate. It ultimately contributes to the
strong culture and a strength value to the organization. As per Hart and Quinn,” they identify that

responsibility and the action of fundamental strategy. In corporation there are some subordinate
segments that do not to formulate strategy by giving self-governing ability. But it has been
changed as a recognition that operates under the corporation’s conditions and organizational
uncertainty. As per Dozier, “That if leaders help to adopt changes in the organization and
environment then they should also take participation in the decision-making of management and
not just simply start implementing them that are made by others” (Raupp, and Hoffjann, 2012).

Perception of leaders in communication and strategic communication management =
Heading 3 = Third Theme
According to Bronn, 2014, perception of communicating with people is different for every
individual or leader. This depends on the change in social, political and economic alteration and
their needs to accept the facts to operate in the organization. According to Conrad and Poole, “to
create support for organizational practices, there is a need for business communication to
influence the opinions and attention. To communicate with employees and attending the
stakeholders, a leaders should be communicative and able to handle the business approaches and
able to make a visualization for the business (Bronn, 2014).
The memo has shown that the leader uses effective communication to change in environment and
to create a thought process that follows by people in the organization to maintain the corporate
culture. And it also impacts on the employees and the stakeholders to run a successful business
