and more distracting. The present technological development has led a profound impact on how
an organization engages and communicates with their target audiences.
Technology allows individuals to instantaneously communicate and carry on business
relationship effectively in any part of the world. Quick decisions are easily made that saves the
time of both the parties. The instant communication through constant connectivity and smart
phones has made the communication process faster. Telecommuting and virtual offices has made
the communication highly effective within the management.
Technology affects Corporate Communication

improved the productivity rate due to increase in employee’s job satisfaction level. Henceforth, it
can be concluded that organization productivity and profitability will rapidly increase as
technological development provides a platform to the employees to express their views.
